Study the role of free radicals –reactive nitrogen species, reactive oxygen species and mitochondrial damage in anti-cancer drug (methotrexate and cyclophosphamide) induced organ toxicity and ways to minimize the injury.
Investigate whether silibinin protects against endometrial cancer in a mouse model.
Study the role of survivin signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of endometrial cancer and the usefulness of urinary survivin in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer
